| Harry Gadsden - Managing Director |

Harry Gadsden, Managing Director and owner of Catering Partnership Limited, formed the company in 1987 having had extensive experience in the contract catering industry. He has a genuine passion for the business, which permeates the company from the top down. A fun guy who has achieved much but has never let it go to his head, Harry believes in the personal touch, maintaining a motivated team with a ‘can do’ attitude. When not dreaming up new initiatives for Catering Partnership, Harry can be found sailing the high seas or skiing down a mountainside trying to retain control! |
| Tony Coombs - Operations Director |

Tony is the corner stone of Catering Partnership and has been with the company almost since its inception. He is a real people person and motivates his team by spending time with them, one-to-one, at their level. He is a keen fisherman with over 20 rods. So long as there’s water he’s happy, whether it’s on the sea, shore or inland lake. |
| Kerry Elgey - General Manager |

Kerry always remains calm under pressure and has excellent organisational skills. Although apparently easy going, she has very high standards and ensures that her team consistently meet their targets. With Kerry in control, nothing is ever left to chance. Her systematic approach means that she not only achieves results but also gets the best out of her people. Not surprisingly, her pet hates are untidiness and unreliability. When she’s not at work, Kerry is kept on her toes by her young daughter, but she still finds time to enjoy travelling, reading and creative pursuits such as embroidery and cross stitch. |

Always approachable, Pete is a hard-working guy who is totally committed to his clients and catering teams. An avid biker, Pete likes to follow the World Superbike Championships and has owned several bikes including a Kawasaki ZX6R. This friendly and out-going father of one lists his family as his main interest. Poor mobile reception and lateness are his pet hates. |
| Aidan Ross - Regional Manager |

Aidan, began his career as a Craft Trained Chef and has catered for the likes of Prince Charles, Tony Blair and racing driver, Gerhart Berger. With over sixteen years in the catering industry, he likes his staff to feel appreciated and describes himself as fair, rational and impulsive. Outside work Aidan is a father of two and enjoys motorsports, especially Formula One. |
| Kathy Blackwell - Regional Manager |

Kathy has worked in catering for 23 years and has experience within retail outlets as well as contract catering. Always committed to her work, she is an honest, fair individual who motivates her staff and believes in giving praise where praise is due. Out of work Kathy enjoys swimming, skiing and going to the gym. She is also part of a team participating in pick-up truck racing. |

This softly-spoken mother of three takes everyone under her wing. She’s a real people person who takes a genuine interest in the well-being of her clients and catering teams. She leads by example and nothing is too much trouble. Mary enjoys gardening and DIY in her spare time. But be warned, she won’t tolerate clock watchers or Sunday drivers! |

An easy-going guy, committed to good food and service, Tony started his career as a chef in the hotel industry. When not at work he is either busy on the field coaching boys’ football or ferrying his three children around! Tony enjoys Formula One and is also a massive Liverpool FC fan. |
| Carol Walton - Regional Manager |

Carol began her career as a craft trainee with school meals. She stayed there for 7 years before moving on to contract catering, where she has remained for the last 18 years. A hardworking individual, Carol gives 100% commitment and believes that you are only as good as the team around you, therefore encouragement and praise are essential for your team to pull together and succeed. Out of work Carol enjoys reading, spending time in her garden, and travelling. |

Prior to his current role as Regional Manager, Ben has worked in a number of positions within the Company. He is foremost a people person, both professionally and socially and he always endeavours to be there for his clients and teams. He considers the building of solid business relationships essential. Ben thrives on challenges and likes nothing more than to see his hard work come to fruition. An active individual, in his spare time he enjoys keeping fit, golf and football. |
| Kevin Luck - Regional Manager |

Kevin has been in the catering business for 26 years, seven of those in contract catering. Whatever the location, he loves to see fantastic home cooked and well presented food matched with a friendly, enthusiastic service by staff with a willing smile. His pet hates are an untidy office and deep fried sausages! Kevin is an approachable, keen and patient person who likes working with others to develop their skills and take a pride in their work. To relax, he loves cooking for his friends, going to the theatre, reading and gardening but he also loves the bright lights of cities such as London, Brighton, Barcelona and… Blackpool, the home of his favourite rollercoaster: Pepsi Max! |
| Angela Grantham - Finance Manager |

Angela joined Catering Partnership in 2002 as Accounts Manager and was promoted to Finance Manager in 2004. She has worked in a variety of finance roles during her 22 years in contract catering. She is thorough and methodical with a very keen eye for detail, essential elements when processing thousands of invoices every month. When not at work Angela likes to spend time with her family and can be found on the touchline supporting her son and daughter who both play for Sunday league football teams. |

| Vanessa Morris - HR Officer |

Before joining the team at Head Office, Vanessa spent seven years working as a manager in the leisure industry. It was during this time that she developed an aptitude for human resources. Vanessa prides herself on being approachable and remaining calm under pressure. In her spare time she is a film enthusiast and enjoys foreign holidays, chocolate and going to the gym. |
| Glenis Gibson - Company Trainer |

A fully qualified chef, Glenis believes passionately in what she teaches. Her enthusiasm and understanding of the business is second to none, as is her ability to put people at their ease. Patience and commitment to high standards are her strengths. This mother of two, adores good food, good wine and all things French. |
| Rachael Oxspring - Personal Assistant |

An experienced PA, having worked at a senior level for over 15 years, Rachael takes pride in everything she does. An excellent communicator, she cites working to tight deadlines whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail as her main strengths. When not at work Rachael likes to spend time with her children and also enjoys the odd night out! |

Jonathan has an outgoing personality and always enjoys meeting new people. He never has a problem motivating himself, always wanting to understand clients’ needs, and exceed their expectations. This constant strive for perfection extends to his leisure time. He is a keen golfer who has been known to hurl the odd club and a few expletives after a poor shot! |

Joy is an experienced caterer, having spent over 20 years in the industry and now uses these skills to bring new business to Catering Partnership. She has extremely high standards, good organisational skills and sees herself as honest, open and fair. Away from work, Joy's passions are to travel anywhere that involves a plane journey, her grand-daughter and dancing the night away. Her pet hates are meanness and lateness. |
