We started catering for staff and pupils at this college in 1999. The college had previously used one of the catering multinationals.
We cater for over 1800 pupils and 145 staff and recently negotiated a new long term contract so we look forward to many more successful years ahead. We provide breakfast, morning break, lunch, hospitality and vending services throughout the school.
In April 2001, we introduced a cashless system and since then income has increased by more than 15%, much to the delight of the Bursar and the college, enabling us to further reduce the cost of catering.
More recently we have introduced many healthy eating options and changed our food offer to provide an interesting and varied selection of food which has enabled us to increase uptake whilst controlling costs.
“The level of support we receive from Catering Partnership is second to none. Their food and hygiene standards are excellent as is their ability to work with us as true partners. They really understand our needs. We couldn’t ask for a better contract caterer.”

Since starting the catering contract in September 2005, at this Specialist Science Centre with approximately 1200 students and 145 staff, Catering Partnership has introduced many innovative healthy eating options. The “Deli, Salad and Fruit Bar”, “Pasta Concept” and the “White Stuff Counter” have all proved to be very popular with both students and staff.
In the first year alone sales increased by 18% as a result of the varied selection available and the quality of our home cooked food.
We provide an extensive range of services; a breakfast club, morning break, lunch, vending machines throughout the site, in addition to hospitality.
We operate a cashless system that is beneficial to all, increasing income for the College, providing parents with information and awarding students with incentives for healthy eating. Monthly themed days are organised so students and staff can try out different foods from around the world.
“The food is healthy and fills you up.”
“The deli bar looks really professional. They have a good selection and we like seeing the food being made up in front of us.”
