	Kerry always remains calm under pressure and has excellent organisational skills. Although apparently easy going, she has very high standards and ensures that her team consistently meet their targets. With Kerry in control, nothing is ever left to chance. Her systematic approach means that she not only achieves results but also gets the best out of her people. Not surprisingly, her pet hates are untidiness and unreliability. When she’s not at work, Kerry is kept on her toes by her young daughter, but she still finds time to enjoy travelling, reading and creative pursuits such as embroidery and cross stitch.
