	Kevin has been in the catering business for 26 years, seven of those in contract catering. Whatever the location, he loves to see fantastic home cooked and well presented food matched with a friendly, enthusiastic service by staff with a willing smile. His pet hates are an untidy office and deep fried sausages! Kevin is an approachable, keen and patient person who likes working with others to develop their skills and take a pride in their work. To relax, he loves cooking for his friends, going to the theatre, reading and gardening but he also loves the bright lights of cities such as London, Brighton, Barcelona and… Blackpool, the home of his favourite rollercoaster: Pepsi Max!
