Organisation and Structure

Our commitment to providing outstanding service is reflected in our organisational structure.

  • Two General Managers head up our seven regions, reporting to our Operations Director. 
  • Our Regional Managers have responsibility for no more than fifteen contracts.  They visit client sites regularly and spend the entire day on site to enable them to have a real understanding and impact.
  • Targets are agreed on each visit with the Catering Manager and their team implement the refinements identified.
  • We directly employ our own experienced Relief Staff who are trained to achieve the highest standards; we only use agency staff in extreme circumstances.
