Our clear lines of communication and strong organisational structure, with its extremely high ratio of support staff per contract, ensure that you can rely on us to fulfil your catering needs.

With our ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System, nothing is left to chance.  Everything we do is tightly controlled, from purchasing to service.  All aspects of our catering operations are audited as a minimum on a six monthly basis.

We keep comprehensive records of everything we do to ensure that due diligence has been followed.  We also have a commitment to continuous improvement of our services by continually reviewing our practices and procedures.

Besides the obvious operational support, our Head Office also provides other support services, including exceptional staff training and management of personnel issues.  Our Marketing Department provide a really innovative and bespoke service, focusing on your particular needs and our own, in-house, IT Department are always on hand to give advice and support where necessary.

We have simplified the accounts procedures in each contract to enable our staff to concentrate on the important part of their work, which is providing a friendly efficient service to our customers.  We offer flexible invoice options to meet clients’ needs, giving simple but detailed analysis of information. 

Our Personnel Department has a wealth of experience.  As a Company we ensure that our employees are treated properly and with respect.  Policies and procedures are in place to cover all aspects of our business and we retain a number of professional bodies to call upon for expert advice should we need to.  We have in place a free Confidential Helpline, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all our employees.

We believe Training is fundamental to delivering our Vision and Values and we invest heavily in this.  All our training is bespoke and delivered by a dedicated and experienced team.
